What to expect now that I'm off

Should I expect to be significantly weaker?

I have my PCT in check, this is more a strength aspect now that the drugs are gone.

I can only tell you what I feel now that I'm off cycle (I have been for 2 weeks). I still have the same strength but it seems to me that the pump I had when on cycle is gone already.

You will loose some strength from coming off but as long as you continue to eat properly and have nailed your PCT you should keep most of the gains you made.

One of the hardest things is the psycology of comeing off. You feel so good when your on literally and psylogically, but the psycologally of comeing off is sometimes the hardest part.

Like Fonz said, if you nailed your PCT you should keep your gains. Also depending on your age you need to watch how you eat. As us older lads have a different metabolic rate as we age that gets puncuated when we come off. Make sure you are and keep eating clean. Do not get lazy in the gym or with our diet.

Thanks a lot folks . . . .

please clarify one thing for me though

why you say "gains" do you mean strength or appearance?

I really couldn't give a crap what I look like (looking as good as I do is just a side effect ) - my main concern is keeping the strength.

I think they were saying that you will loose some strength initially but the gains refer to bulk or size put on and that will suffer if your PCT is sub-par or your diet is not maintained.

You should hold on to a good portion of your strenth if you stick with the gym and continue to eat well.

I had a hard time coming off the gear my first cycle because I let my mind play with the fact that without aas I'm just wasting my time, but that is what leads you to loose in the end. Keep a good attitude and set goals moving forward to keep yourself on track. Just my two cents.
