Like SS said, I've been sick as a dog lately. Just drop me a PM. I can explain the exercises and schedule better.
Basically if you're a hardgainer, those high rep, pretty boy, isolation exercises aint going to build shit. And you don't need to drug heavily either to build size. You just need to know how to train and eat if you want to grow and you need to realize the importance of rest too.
