Damn this has been kicking my ass for over 2 weeks now. I didn't get it real bad, but my family members are now starting to get it. This shit sucks. How many other members here have experienced this? Makes training a real bitch.

I am lucky... I don't really get sick that often.
But when i get sick, it's one of those go big or go home situations lol...

Thanx for the responses guys. I have been pretty much OK. My son got hammered by it. He's recovering nicely as of today. Meds must be kicking in. He hasn't had a fever all day, but has a little pneumonia.

Luckily I don't get sick often. I usually just get head colds due to the fact that my hair is so short.
Rest up and get well bud. Don't push yourself in the gym while sick. This will only lower your immune system and prolong being sick.

Feeling much better today. Hopefully this continues. I'm really not that sick, it's just this shit deep in my chest that is killing me. I really hardly ever get sick either, but this is a killer.
