With prop I don't have much water gain or aromatization problem so I would just hold on to the nolva until I needed it, which I don't expect you will.
For me, I consider 350mg of prop a minimum weekly starting point which is 50mg per day. Everyone is different, so I won't say that you won't grow on 200 per week, but I would have more on hand so that if by the end of the first week, you are not feeling it, you could up the dose.
I have a very good friend that grows like crazy on 125mg of sustanon and 100mg of deca per week, so it is worth a try. You may be a lucky one. In 12 weeks he went from 240 to 265 and is just as lean today as the day he was 240. He generally eats like crap, eats too little and gains very easy. It pisses me off. Genetics play a larger roll than any of us would like to believe.
