whats up fellas, i just wanted to ask i juiced in the past sometimes just thai's sometimes, just test. and deca just test and deca with thai's and now i am starting to put them all together and this is what i will probably do

week 1-10 500 sustanon
week 1-10 400 deca
week 1-10 6 to 10 thai's per day

is this a good starting point just remember i am still new at this and i have only been juicing for about 9 mo's and i want to get the best results and gains for my dollar, what advice could you give me about upping the dose or changing to something else or is this a good combo do i need to add more, please help me to get even bigger than i am now?

Hey bud,

Here are my opinions..
You should only run orals 4 weeks at a time to keep the stress off of your liver. For example weeks 1-4 or 8-12. Sometimes I will run orals both 1-4 and 8-12 but I am very religous about the liv 52 when I do.

Hcg should be run at 500iu's twice per week from 4-10 and then run your nolva or clomid pct. Keeping the boys working through the cycle is much easier on the body than trying to wake them up after a 10 week vacation.

thanks EM for getting bck to me do you think that is a good cycle and maybe next time should i up the dosage again or maybe add anither product to it i thought equipoise but someone told me it will make you limp so i don't know if thats what i want to do or not, please help me out anyone that can especially EM.

I actually prefer equipose over deca, and if you used deca on your last cycle you should use equipose on this one. So long as you keep your test doses higher than you equipose doses you will not have any disfunction.

What were your doses of test when you ran the test only cycle?

Here is what I think

wks 1-4
dbol 40mg per day

wks 1-12
test e 500mg
eq 400mg

wks 4-12
500ius hcg 2 times per week

wks 1-14
proviron 25mg per day

wks 15-18
nolva 40/30/20 per night each week respectively

Keep extra nolva on hand in the event of gyno related problems.

Notice EM said test e 500mg/wk (enanthate). I have to agree with him on this. Sustanon is ok, but Enanthate is ALOT better for gaining mass.

thanks GF i am going to use sust. this time becuase it is what i have left but next time i will use ethanate next time and equipoise with it but will this give me more around gains than the sustanon and deca and i only used 250 to 500 a week of sust.

I did not understand your last post, but, if your doses of sustanon were 500 or less, then the cycle I laid out should do great. If you can find a way, use test e instead of the sustanon. You want to grow right?

Hey bro, Cypionate works great also. I prefer Enanthate but I am on 600mgs of Cyp right now and 500mgs Deca and I have gained 15lbs in 4 weeks I also took 40mgs Dbol for the first 4 weeks. Good Luck! And if there is a way try to get some cyp or enanthate, instead of sust.

Last year I did10 wks of sus and put on like 30 pounds.... followed it with 6 weeks winny... than followed that with 10 weeks test e. I put on a total of like 45 pounds, but due to a source drying up... lost like 25 of it to pct. This time, I"m doing 10 weeks of deca, with primobolan starting on week 6 for 10 weeks followed by 30 days of clomid. I'll let you know how it turns out
