Hay guys just a quick question.

Been runnning sustagen at 150 eod + 75 tren ace eod. been running the tren maybe 5 weeks but only been running the sust 3 weeks. my question is how long can sust take to kick in? horny as a dod with 3 balls but not holding on to as much muscle as i would have liked. (im dieting and have droped from 220 to 203 in 3 weeks) is syntrop sust alittle weak? of should i hang on and give it time?

I have only run cyp b4 and i get good gains within 2 - 3 weeks.

Planning on being in shape for the O' coming from the uk to vegas and you got to be in shape to sit in the audience man !!

Cheers guys. any diet advice would be good. im just eating a low carb diet and was wondering if any1 would chuck in a high carb day. dont want to look like a corpse!!!

6ft was 220+ after 3 weeks of dieting now 203 when i get up. Diets looks like this.

0730 fish and brown rice o3 6 9 oil
1000 apple and nuts
1200 chicken and geen veg
1400 apple and nuts
1600 shake
workout
1800 shake
2000 fish and geens
2230 shake (not every day)

cheat meal when i need it (about 1 a week)

was running axio sust at 4 ml a week while trying to bulk abit b4 i dieted never kicked in tho. got syntrop as a replacement. thats why i seem impatiant as in my mind i been on for about 10 weeks when infact its just 3 weeks.

never dieted to loose as have gained about 50+ lbs in 3 years was 18% bf at 223

cycle goal is 10 - 12% body fat. 4 weeks left so i dont think thats pos but as low as pos and hold on to the muscle. i was hopeing that the long esters would take about 5 weeks to kick in and i mite retain abit of muscle

Same thing is happening to me on sustogen. Plenty horny most of the time, but was a little dissapointed at first. Was dieting and not getting enough protein. Once I got that solved, still dieting and feel much better.

You just answered your own question. A LOW carb diet will only make you smooth and small and you'll loose ALOT of muscle. You need to change your diet completely. CARBS are a MUST to keep full and you can stay hard and lean with them too.

yeah, you need carbs bro...carbs are fuel for the tank!

you didnt put up the amounts of protein you are taking in either & that could be a problem as well...

i edited your post up above with some amounts...i didnt have time to run #'s but its somewhere to start...

Bump above...and the clen at 120mcg per day....you should expect to lose instead of gain with that an low carbs.
