cheers guys will have 30 - 50 g of carbs (mostly oats and rice) every meal untill dinner.
gonna do abit of cardio 5 x aweek aswell.
i think my protein is ok 3 x 50g shakes/ 2 x fish meals / 1 x chicken meal.

Got t3 on way. what sort of dose do you think. was just gonna run it up to 50 - 75 and back down agan over 20 days.

does any1 cycle there carbs when dieting??

Can i be confidant that susagen is not underdosed?
