was running axio sust at 4 ml a week while trying to bulk abit b4 i dieted never kicked in tho. got syntrop as a replacement. thats why i seem impatiant as in my mind i been on for about 10 weeks when infact its just 3 weeks.

never dieted to loose as have gained about 50+ lbs in 3 years was 18% bf at 223
yeah, you need carbs bro...carbs are fuel for the tank!

you didnt put up the amounts of protein you are taking in either & that could be a problem as well...

i edited your post up above with some amounts...i didnt have time to run #'s but its somewhere to start...
